This service will Clean & Brighten your Patio/Pool Deck. Up to 1100 square feet. Priced at Flat Rate or $0.32 per square foot. Unless it is part of a Multi Service Cleaning Package where price may improve slightly.
It does not include Efflorescence cleaning agents, Oil/Grease Stain Degreasers, or Rust Stain removal treatment.
Prices may increase due to having to move furniture or other contents at time of cleaning. Some items ill not be moved as per weight limits apply.
Advanced-Deep Cleaning
In addition to the Hybrid Maintenance Cleaning, this service deploys specialty cleaning products designed to treat &/or remove Oil stains, Organic growth, Rust and Other Acid Stains as well as those unsightly Calcium/Efflorescence blemishes.
Overall, this service cleans and protects the Patio/Pool Deck..
