Soft-Washing is our Standard method for Roof cleaning in order to protect the roofing system from being damaged during the cleaning process.

While we do utilize pressure cleaning equipment at times, we provide comprehensive Exterior Cleaning Services primarily to homeowners who seek to update the overall condition and appearance of their home's exterior surfaces.
We do this by effecting a large initial scope of work. Followed by subsequent Annual Maintenance cleanings in order to help maintain the level of cleanliness while protecting its surfaces in order to prolong the life of the surfaces and avoid early replacement cost.
Our process. While a lot of what we do is similar to others, the systems we deploy designed specifically to address the cause is what makes us stand out. Treating the symptom is a byproduct of an effective strategy aimed at eradicating the Mold, Mildew, Algae & other contaminates. Combined, it is more effective and better for our customers.
Simple, we do not engage in the race of who offers the lowest price. We provide a service that utilizes in many cases best in class materials not commonly used by others in the day to day operations as well as our commitment to the quality of work we deliver. We do not accept sub-standard results. It is simply not our policy to deliver less. We always strive to give more value in everything we do.
Depending on the surface we are cleaning we may utilize cleaning agents such as Sodium Metasilicate, Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sodium Chloride, (TSP) Trisodium Phosphate, Surfactants, Degreasers, and/or a combination of these and other professional chemicals designed for effective cleaning combined with water at low pressure (typically below 1200 PSI).
While spraying water at high pressure may improve the appearance of the surface it does not address the cause of the growth of any organic contaminates that may affect the integrity of the stone or wood surfaces. In fact, this is a large part of what makes us different. We have found that Professional Premium Materials tend to deliver better results for our clients.
The cleaning of wood requires a different solution than the cleaning of stone. At the same time, you should not clean all stone the same either. There are times where we utilize a concentrated Hydrogen Peroxide to clean stone and there are others where we use Oxalic Acid. Knowing when & how to apply these mixes is what allows us to deliver optimal results for our customers.
That is one reason our pricing differs from others as well. We invest in materials so our clients can rest assured that their investment in our service is returning a high value result.
Our pricing model is rooted in the value we provide to our client. We make every effort to provide our clients with fair pricing. When quantified, the materials, results and customer experience we deliver have been well received by our past clients. Simply put, cheap is not good for anyone. It could lead to a company skimping on materials, time spent on site and any number of cost savings ways that may reduce the quality of service.
What we can do is work with the client to create a timeline to space out cleaning dates to allow time for budgeting. We will always be flexible to help our clients but cannot change the way we do things to reduce cost. That is bad for everyone.
Yes & No. In many cases we do in order to have as fair a pricing strategy as possible. However some of our Annual Maintenance clients are okay with a Fixed Flat Fee Daily Rate.
Oversized homes with expansive driveways are an good example where a daily rate may be more cost effective.
We provide Pressure cleaning & Soft-Washing Services to High End Homes and one to two story Commercial Buildings throughout Doral, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, South Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Kendall and nearby markets regularly.
