Annual Maintenance Plans How does it work? 

Short answer is we perform a Condition Correction Inspection with the homeowner to identify areas where deferred maintenance has been overlooked such as Concrete Privacy Walls, Wooden Fences, Stone Hardscapes on Exterior Walls of the Home & other decorative stone on/& or around the home. 

Once completed, we send the homeowner an action plan for these areas along with pricing options. This tends to be a larger investment as it is intended to include many surfaces of which may require special cleaning materials. 

Following the initial full scale cleaning, we set up follow up cleanings at the (6) and (12) Month marks to serve as maintenance cleanings. This service is a lighter version and subsequently cost a fraction of the initial. When deployed in its entirety, the home's condition at the twelve month mark should resemble the results of the initial deep revitalizing maintenance clean.
